"Bittersweet" is a short documentary about Mono Cafe, a small and cozy coffee and bakery café on Nimmanhaemin Road Chiang Mai, Thailand. The small place captured my heart for it's unique family-style setting as well as its exotic coffee, "Syphon," and bakery. The bittersweet but perfect combination of the delicious coffee and desserts inspired me to dedicate this short to Pasoke Sanguanmanee, the shop owner and to coffee/bakery lovers.
